The Central Committee of the Tudeh Party of Iran Strongly Condemns the Military Attack by US Imperialism on Iran

Dear compatriots!
In the first hour of Sunday, the first of Tir 1404 [June 22, 2025], based on published reports, American fighter jets and the naval fleet of this country bombed three nuclear sites in Iran in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, and thus, together with Netanyahu’s criminal regime, officially entered the war against Iran.
Donald Trump, the President of America, announced that these attacks were completed with complete success and threatened that if Iran does not make “peace” with Israel, attacks against Iran will continue with greater intensity. Trump wrote on his social network: “Any retaliatory action by Iran against the United States of America will be met with a force much greater than what we witnessed tonight.”
This criminal attack by the Trump administration, like the attacks by the Israeli government, constitutes military aggression against Iran’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and a clear and gross violation of international law contained in the United Nations Charter. Principles that explicitly prohibit any threat of force or use of force against the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and political independence of any member of the United Nations.
Dear compatriots!
The Tudeh Party of Iran, throughout its fruitful history, has always been and will be a defender of the territorial integrity of the homeland. Despite our opposition to the Islamic Republic, we are categorically opposed to any aggressive action to partition Iran and impose forces such as Monarchists, Mojahedin, or any group that does not arise from the will of the people and operates within the framework of the interests of foreign powers, such as America.
The Tudeh Party of Iran calls upon all progressive and freedom-loving forces of the country to stand together in unity and coordinated action against the conspiracies of world imperialism led by American imperialism and Netanyahu’s criminal government and not allow the fate of our homeland to be determined by such criminals.
The Tudeh Party of Iran asks all progressive and freedom-loving forces of the world, the global workers’ and communist movement, to raise their voice of protest in solidarity with the Iranian people against these criminal and joint Trump-Netanyahu warmongering activities, and by mobilising world public opinion, confront the danger of another devastating war in the Middle East region.
