The National Front for the Struggle of the Working Class (FNLCT) and the United Central of Workers of Venezuela (CUTV), alert the working class and the peoples of the world, the international class-based trade unionism and all the revolutionary, anti-imperialist, popular, democratic and progressive forces of all countries, about the dangerous escalation of aggressions that the Government of the United States of America is developing against the nation and the people of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, this time with the certain threat of an imperialist military attack.
A few days ago, the Pentagon began to move its military contingents to the coast of Venezuela and, at the same time, U.S. troops were mobilized in Colombia, in areas close to the border with our country, all under the guise of an action against drug trafficking in the Caribbean, after the U.S. Department of Justice, through the U.S. Attorney, announced false charges of terrorism and drug trafficking against the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro, and other leading figures of the Venezuelan Government.
The infamous accusation of “drug trafficker” against the Venezuelan Government falls under its own weight in the eyes of the world, because the main producers and traders of narcotics on the continent are in Colombia and Mexico, while the main consumers are in the United States of America. The political objectives of domination in the Caribbean and South America, which North American imperialism is pursuing with the supposed fight against drug trafficking, make evident the mafia relationship between the DEA and the Colombian drug cartels.
In the face of this new criminal act of US imperialism against the people of Venezuela and their right to self-determination, we make an urgent call to the entire working class and the class-based and progressive trade union movement of the world, spearheaded by the WFTU, as well as to the rest of the social and political forces fighting for a world of justice and equality, against the imperialist wars of plunder and for respect for the sovereignty of nations, to speak out forcefully and immediately against the development of an imminent military attack by the United States against the Bolivarian homeland, which would be perpetrated to impose a government submissive to the dictates of the US power, at the service of its monopoly corporations.
The threat of warlike aggression against the Venezuelan nation, in the context of the deep world capitalist crisis accentuated and accelerated by the coronavirus pandemic, expresses the sharpening of the inter-capitalist and inter-imperialist contradictions, which put humanity in danger of further imperialist conflicts and wars. It has become clear that capitalism, in its imperialist phase, is a threat to health, life and peace on the planet. In such conditions, the need for a proletarian and popular offensive against the domination of capital in the world is increasing, in order to oppose the inhuman capitalist profit agenda, with the solidarity, libertarian and justice agenda of the peoples.
Comrades, brothers and sisters of the working class in all countries, we urge you to express your rejection of the imminent U.S. war aggression against Venezuela and the intensification of the imperialist blockade, while demanding the return to our country of the financial resources and assets illegally seized by the United States and its lackeys in Europe.

SOLIDARIDAD URGENTE CON VENEZUELA
¡DETENGAMOS LA AGRESIÓN MILITAR IMPERIALISTA!
El Frente Nacional de Lucha de la Clase Trabajadora (FNLCT) y la Central Unitaria de Trabajadores de Venezuela (CUTV), alertan a la clase obrera y a los pueblos del mundo, al sindicalismo clasista internacional y a todas las fuerzas revolucionarias, antimperialistas, populares, democráticas y progresistas de todos los países, sobre la peligrosa escalada de agresiones que desarrolla el Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América contra la nación y el pueblo de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, en esta ocasión con la amenaza cierta de un ataque militar imperialista.
Desde hace algunos días, el Pentágono inició un fuerte desplazamiento de contingentes militares que se aproximan a las costas de Venezuela y, simultáneamente, se registra movilización de efectivos militares estadounidenses en Colombia, en zonas cercanas a la frontera con nuestro país, todo bajo la simulación de una acción contra el narcotráfico en el Caribe, luego que el Departamento de Justicia de los Estados Unidos, a través del Fiscal de ese país, anunciara falsos cargos de terrorismo y narcotráfico contra el Presidente de la República, Nicolás Maduro y otras figuras dirigentes del Gobierno venezolano.
La acusación infame de “narcotraficante” contra el Gobierno venezolano se cae por su propio peso ante los ojos del mundo, porque los principales productores y comercializadores de narcóticos en el continente están en Colombia y en México, mientras que los principales consumidores están en los Estados Unidos de América. Los objetivos políticos de dominación en el Caribe y Suramérica, que persigue el imperialismo norteamericano con la supuesta lucha contra el narcotráfico, evidencian la relación mafiosa entre la DEA y los carteles de la droga de Colombia.
Ante ese nuevo acto criminal del imperialismo yanqui contra el pueblo de Venezuela y su derecho a la auto-determinación, hacemos un llamado urgente a toda la clase obrera y al movimiento sindical clasista y progresista del mundo, vanguardizado por la FSM, así como al resto de las fuerzas sociales y políticas que luchan por un mundo de justicia e igualdad, contra las guerras imperialistas de rapiña y por el respeto a la soberanía de las naciones, a pronunciarse enérgicamente y de inmediato contra el desarrollo de un inminente ataque militar de los Estados Unidos contra la patria bolivariana, que sería perpetrado para imponer un gobierno sumiso a los dictados de la potencia norteamericana, al servicio de sus corporaciones monopolistas.
La amenaza de agresión bélica contra la nación venezolana, en el contexto de la profunda crisis capitalista mundial acentuada y acelerada por la pandemia del coronavirus, expresa la agudización de las contradicciones intercapitalistas e interimperialistas, que ponen a la humanidad en peligro de mayores conflictos y guerras imperialistas. Se ha puesto en evidencia que el capitalismo, en su fase imperialista, es una amenaza a la salud, a la vida y a la paz en el planeta. En tales condiciones, se acrecienta la necesidad de una ofensiva proletaria y popular contra el dominio del capital en el mundo, para oponer a la agenda inhumana del lucro capitalista, la agenda solidaria, libertaria y justiciera de los pueblos.
Camaradas, hermanos y hermanas de la clase obrera en todos los países, los instamos a manifestar el rechazo a la inminente agresión bélica norteamericana contra Venezuela y al recrudecimiento del bloqueo imperialista, exigiendo a la vez la devolución a nuestro país de los recursos y activos financieros ilegalmente incautados por Estados Unidos y sus lacayos en Europa.
