More than 180 friends from some 20 countries have confirmed attendance to the Fifth International Colloquium for the Liberation of the Five Cuban Antiterrorist Fighters Imprisoned in the United States and Against Terrorism, which will take place from November 19 to 23 in Holguin, a city in eastern Cuba. President of the local Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP), Amauiri Toro González, informed that most of the participants come from the United States, Australia, Canada, France and Puerto Rico.

This fifth colloquium is the perfect opportunity to continue developing the Breaking the Silence campaign, he said.

The agenda also includes meetings where the attendees will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with representatives from other countries.

For the first time the event will develop simultaneously in five different municipalities of the province: Gibara, Báguanos, Calixto García and Rafael Freyre, and the locals will be able to exchange information and opinions with the participants as well.
