President of the local Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP), Amauiri Toro González, informed that most of the participants come from the United States, Australia, Canada, France and Puerto Rico.
This fifth colloquium is the perfect opportunity to continue developing the Breaking the Silence campaign, he said.
The agenda also includes meetings where the attendees will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with representatives from other countries.
For the first time the event will develop simultaneously in five different municipalities of the province: Gibara, Báguanos, Calixto GarcÃa and Rafael Freyre, and the locals will be able to exchange information and opinions with the participants as well.
